What does web hosting at WWW4 cost?

Our hosting plans start from € 2.06 per month, excluding 21% VAT. Every plan includes a free SSL certificate, daily backups, DDoS protection and unlimited mailboxes on your own domain — these are not options billed later.

The plans differ in SSD disk space, number of databases and PHP memory limit. Below is what each plan costs, what it is suited to, and what sits outside the hosting price.

Pricing per plan

Plan Price Suited to
Linux Eco (1250 MB) € 2.06 per month -25% A business site or blog with ordinary traffic
Linux Basic (2500 MB) € 3.56 per month -25% A larger site, or a few small sites together
Linux Standard (5000 MB) € 6.75 per month -25% A busier site or a smaller web shop
Linux Premium (10000 MB) € 10.13 per month -25% A demanding site or shop running into the limits of the previous plan

All amounts are per month and exclude 21% VAT. During a promotion the promotional rate applies to the first period; the renewal price is the standard rate — so always compare that one, with other providers too.

What every price includes

Everything below is included in every plan. With many providers these are paid extras; add them to the sum when you compare.

A free SSL certificate that renews automatically
A daily backup of your files and your database
DDoS protection at network level
Unlimited mailboxes and aliases on your own domain
Unlimited traffic under normal use
Support from the people who run the servers themselves

What sits outside the hosting price

These four things are often arranged together with hosting. The first three carry their own rate, the fourth does not.

Your domain name

A domain name is rented per year and is separate from your hosting. The price depends entirely on the extension.

A paid SSL certificate

The free certificate is enough for most sites. A paid certificate is the right choice when you need company validation or warranty coverage.

A server of your own

If your site structurally runs into the limits of a plan, a managed VPS is the next step — with its own pricing structure.

The move itself

Transferring your site and email is part of the service and does not appear as a separate line on your invoice.

Frequently asked questions about hosting pricing

The plans differ in SSD disk space, number of databases and PHP memory limit; the current monthly rate per plan is in the table on this page and comes straight from our product catalogue. All amounts exclude 21% VAT.
No. You pay the monthly rate of your plan and nothing else to get started. What is separate is your domain name — that is rented per year and has its own rate per extension.
Yes. During a promotion the promotional rate applies to the first period and the standard rate afterwards, and that standard rate is simply what the table shows. Watch for this when comparing providers: a heavily discounted first year says little about what you pay the year after.

No, that is separate. A domain name is rented per year and the rate depends entirely on the extension; the current price per extension is on our domain extensions pricing page.
Yes. If your site outgrows its plan, you move up to a larger one. Get in touch and we arrange the switch; your site keeps running in the meantime.
Transferring your website and email is part of the service and does not appear as a separate line on your invoice. Send us your domain name and what runs today, and we will work out together what is needed.
The rates shown exclude 21% VAT. If you are a private customer, that VAT is added; as a VAT-registered business you reclaim it.
